Wash. Peel. Dice. Steam. Puree. Portion. Label. Freeze.
Pears. Peaches. Bananas. Avocados. Carrots. Broccoli. Cauliflower. Butternut Squash. Zucchini. Yellow Squash. Spinach. Kale. Sweet Potato.
Defrost. Hide. Eat. Enjoy.

wow! You've inspired me. I froze some sweet potato last week and have a HUGE butternut squash that I need to cook soon. Reading this makes me feel like I could conquer other foods as well! thanks:)
