The negotiator we hired for our side of the short sale called today to say that the investor who owns our mortgage accepted the short sale offer. Now we just wait to make sure that the bank will accept the same offer. Hopefully we'll hear back in a few days, but until then, will you pray that things run quickly and smoothly from here on out?

Will remember this in prayer. I have a neighbor from Indiana. They've been renting for 6 years under the same circumstances. I can't imagine how stressful it must be. Praying this is it! : )
